Consultation & Proposal: We will start by sitting down and discussing your goals & expectations while going over our 8-step staging process and plan and how it will relate to your home’s needs in order to transform your living space into a buyers dream, all within your budget. We’ll then conduct a general walk-through of your home, inside and out, using “buyer’s eyes” and noting those important “first impressions” in each room. Before photos will be taken of each space during this process.  If time allows, we’ll include a mini-stage of one room to give you a visual of how staging makes the difference.   We will conclude by providing you with a proposal based upon the necessary work and time needed to increase your home’s value and to sell quickly. 

Home Staging (Half & Full Day): This is a hands-on service where we will dramatically transform your home or property by using many of your existing furnishings, bring in our complimenting accessories or suggest necessary purchases to finish the look. This service includes organizing, decluttering and highlighting the best features of the home, while deemphazing any negatives. We will use a comprehensive Client Action Plan, which is a detailed room-by-room guide customized just for your needs. We will also provide those very critical photos of your newly staged home to you and your real estate agent to bring those buyers in! 

Vacant Staging: For homes or properties that are vacant or sparsely furnished, staging is a must!  It’s incredibly difficult to tell the size & scale of a room when empty and only 10% of home buyers can actually visualize a home’s potential. This service will include the initial consultation, rental furniture (paid by client to rental company) all accessories to complete home, working with preferred furniture vendors, rental or purchase accessory options, shopping services and coordination of furniture move-in and staging day. We’ll handle all the logistics from start to finish to ensure your home or property is in show room condition!

Redesign (Half & Full Day): If you’re not looking to sell your home, but just need to give your home or a room or two a “face-lift”, we can provide this hands-on service where we transform your home into a comfortable environment that is personalized for you. We’ll use your existing furnishings and accessories and arrange it in a fresh new light that enhances each room. We’ll make recommendations for new purchases to compliment the look and offer shopping services using discount vendors.

DIY Reports: For those of you who are a do-it-yourselfer and want to be more hands on, but just need some direction of how to prioritize your home improvement projects in order to get your home ready for sale, we offer a DIY Report.  This is a detailed report using photographs and recommendations on how to get your home in top top selling shape  room by room.

Organizational Services: Our lives are busy enough and reorganizing our homes takes a lot of time and planning. This is where we can help! We will declutter and organize your home to make efficient use of space in each room or area. We’ll use innovative solutions to help you keep your home organized long after our visit. An organized home is a happy home, so don’t procrastinate any longer…let us do the dirty work for you.

Shopping Services: We understand that time is very valuable and not everyone has the time to shop for their home improvement accessories or knows where to shop. We will create a budget that fits your home’s needs and we’ll shop for those accessories that will enhance the value of your home and create a “WOW” factor for buyers. Simple and inexpensive purchases go a long way in changing the look of a home. We know where to shop, what to look for and receive “designer discounts” from some well-known home furnishings stores.

Realtor Partnerships: If you’re a real estate agent, we’d like to help you in your selling efforts by offering our staging services to get your listings sold quicker and for more profit.
